Matt......essentially........in a nutshell, i've re-located to N. Ireland and was asking if there was any member of the forum who knew of any model shows/contests or like minded plastiholics here..........
there are two LHSs' here, however, one sells ONLY European produced kits and none of the attendants have a clue (nor care) about the hobby. Modeller's Nook, the other shop, is tiny with an occasional subject of my interest but, offers virtually nothing regarding any knowledge of modelling groups or shows/contests. So, it's like living in a modelling vacuum...........if not for this forum i'd go loony.
