I've had it happen a few times. Always seems to cure itself eventually.

I have noticed that sometimes the envelopes don't show up at all.
Kind of like when you get the dreaded RED X on pictures that someone is trying to post.
What you are experiencing may be happening also, because if the particular forum that I am interested in doesn't show any new activity, I don't open it up.
Hmmmmm, maybe I ought to start checking. Confused [%-)]

Forum cookie trouble?

I notice that sometimes when I visit the forum, none of the envelope icons next to topics are pink, indicating new messages. So I assume that nothing new has been posted. But when I look at the threads there are indeed new posts since my last visit. I have tried logging out and logging back on also and it does not work.
Anyone else notice this?
It sounds like some type of cookie problem but I don't know what.

Mike

Wisdom is the right use of knowledge. To know is not to be wise. Many men know a great deal, and are all the greater fools for it. There is no fool so great a fool as a knowing fool. But to know how to use knowledge is to have wisdom. " Charles Spurgeon
