how do they get the images to post for every time they post?
like J-Hulk has a tank picture that is in every post .

You take the forum code and put it in the signature area..

Go to your profile screen & add the pic to your signature, using the Forum code.

Really? That's strange...I guess you could write it down the url address and just type it in!
