We have had, and continue to have discussions about other types of contests that we could open up to our world-wide readership, but I'm afraid the current monthly sweeps will continue to be closed to readers outside of North America because each country and/or province sets their own rules for sweepstakes. Sweepstakes are considered games of chance, and are regulated differently by each country and province. In most countries, the legal standards are quite stringent, making it very difficult to properly conduct a sweepstakes. Due to our limited distribution in countries outside of North America, the differing rules governing each country/province, and the associated expenses it is virtually impossible for us to include countries outside of North America in our sweepstakes.
We wish it were easier to conduct sweepstakes elsewhere, but for now, we must limit participation to most areas of North America.
