Alan,
You've done the hard part already. Now go to your Photobucket album pages and copy the IMG tag and paste it into your post. It's the one on the bottom and will look something like this:
[ IMG] http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y16/astr8shooter/YourPhoto.jpg[ /IMG]
except without any spaces!
