This is a grey area for FSM forums. Overt links and trolling for business is strictly forbidden, but I also think that there should be a spot to recommend the LHS to other members. I managed to do so in the Charity and Goodwill forum as my LHS supported me in my quest to send the Baghdad Model Club some kits and paints, along with other modelers in my area. There have been other threads that have mentioned people's favorite LHS from time to time and many threads where people are new to an area and are looking for advice. They have all been allowed, or perhaps a better word is ignored?
Long story short, post a thread in the Odds and End forum. Worse that can happen is it gets deleted. Best that can happen is some recognition for a good LHS. I can't see how that would be a bad thing for our hobby. Far too many threads lately about "my LHS is closing down".
