Are you having problems logging on to the site or accessing other parts of the site after you log in? Well one of our programmers shared the following:
This seems to work everytime for people who can't log in (site lets them log in, then acts as if they aren't)
It works on IE 6.0+
Try this:
Click on Tools -> Internet Options
Click on the "Privacy" Tab on top
The lower box called "Web Sites" click on "Edit..."
In the box for "Address of Web site:" type in "finescale.com"
Click the "Allow" button"
Click "OK"
Click "OK"
Now try logging in again at www.finescale.com
What the above will do is tell IE to always accepts cookies from
finescale.com
