I can post, but it says IF YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE YOU MUST LOGIN|REGISTER. I'm logged in! It says I'm not, but I can post on the forum.

Yeah, I'm getting that too.

I discovered that early this morning and tried to delete the cookies and login in. Now my work computer won't login at all, though I can access my profile and account info. But I can't post anything.

My home computer says I need to log in, but I can post.

If I can't post from work, that will slaughter my post count! Propeller [8-]

So long folks!

Same problem here.  When I logged back in, nothing changed.  I can post & have the little "Welcome back" sign, but I get the message that I'm not logged in.  The Forum was shut down for maintenance the other day, maybe a new bug was introduced.  Where's David Voss when you need him ?

This issue should be fixed now and yes it was related to the maintenance of the sites. A setting was missed which affects the login process. Sorry for the delay.

I still get the yellow highlighted message asking to log in or register, but it still recognizes me and I am able to post responses.

Try deleting your cookies and logging in again. Worked for me!

Other than the yellow highlighted area, everything is just fine for me, and I did delete cookies and temporary internet files too. It's no big deal, but I did notice it but would not have brought it up until I saw others having similar experiences (I hesitate to call it a problem).

I was locked out of the forums for a few days (3?).

I logged out, cleared my cookies and empties the temp files... that seemed to work for me.

Hope that helps someone else get back in!

I can understand missing a setting when you're doing maintenance on a forum ... what I CAN'T understand is the "nice ladies in customer service" trying to convince me that it was my problem, not theirs ... twice I endured that, and my telling them that I was trying to log in from not only different computers, but different ISPs, didn't faze them. And then to find that exact same problem being discussed in these very forums ... interoffice communication seems to be somewhat lacking at Kalmbach, to say the least. *goes off muttering to himself*
