really sorry to bother you
, i'm sure i'm being a an idiot here but i'm having real probs changing my email address in my login/details section.
my old email address was nicholasjmayhew@lycos.co.uk and because it was getting spammed so much
i have opened a new (similar) one, nmayhew@lycos.co.uk
anyway, when i went to change it, i got the usual " an email will be sent to you confirming your change of email etc etc" response, but i got no mail from you guys (my new a/c is active, i have already checked).
so i went back into the update profile section and found that my old email was still in my details, and when i tried putting in the new one, it said there was a problem as that address (the new one), was already in use!!!
obviously i've missed a trick here, but i don't know what to do!!
could you possibly make this change for me?? otherwise all my topic reply notifications are going to get lost in the spam of my old address!!
please please help.
