The system is slowly re-indexing all the posts, but there's so many of them it's taking a bit of time. I'm seeing more of my own posts, at the rate of about 20 or so per day.

It's an automated process, so I don't know if there's any way for the admins to speed it up. Probably depends on a lot of things like balancing the background functions (such as the re-indexing) to the server load, (read requests etc) which seems to be fairly high, so it's slow, but it's happening, but will take some time to get there.

I see the "search" function is still a disaster.

Is it possible to set the search to "show ALL", instead of only what's been posted in the last few days??.......and, not be so limited in allowable search parameters. The red "sorry your search" box is becoming extremely annoying.

I've set the sorting and filtering in the ships forum to show all, and still can't "search" for and find specific word combinations, that I know exist in that forum.

One last question, did the providers of this forum software do the beta testing, or are we, the users, required to do that for them?

Searching my user name only finds posts after the forum overhaul.  That doesn't seem to be right.
