When I use the forum it is extreamely slow, I am on DSL runing windows 7 at points its acting like dial up, what am I missing here?

Nothing at all. Its from the new format. Megan said it should increase once they are done de-bugging it

I notice a marked difference in speed tonight verses what it was doing around noon! Now if they can finally make it simple to post a photo

Gary, it's very simple to post a picture. Upload them to a pic hosting site. I recommend Photobucket. It's free and stable.
Once uploaded copy (Ctrl + c) and paste (Ctrl + v) the IMG tag (highlighted in the pic below) into your post and you're done.
