I was on HBO's The Pacific forum the other day, and it was pretty much a bunch of fist fights waiting to happen.

Things can get a skosh heated around here at times, but not very often, and usually only in the "Odds & Ends" hooch...  Once you get to "know" the various "personalities" around here, it's even easier...

That's right,  Hans.........

Otherwise,  they're as tame as kittens......

Things can get a skosh heated around here at times, but not very often, and usually only in the "Odds & Ends" hooch... Think of the "Odds & Ends" Forum here as a neighborhood bar... NOT a "nice, family-oriented Bar & Grill" like Applebee's or something similar though...  More like a honky-tonk/dive in Cut & Shoot, Texas...  As in David Alan Coe's song, "Long-Haired Redneck"...

"Where bikers stare at cowboys who are laughn' at the hippies, who are prayin' they'll get of here alive..." Y know, where the bartender asks you, "Y'all carryin' a gun?" and you reply with, "Nope, no gun.", and he then says, "Y'all want one?"

Toast

It'll make it easier for you to understand why things happen there the way they do...  Once you get to "know" the various "personalities" around here, it's even easier...

I agree 100%.  Everyone is willing to help and fast to reply and it is by far my most important modeling reference.  The breadth and depth of topics and the vast knowledge on here is so invaluable.   I have learned much in the little time I've been here and have deepened my modeling knowledge.

Hey people, just wanted to say that this is by far one of the kindest forums I have ever been a part of.  Everyone is helpful and tries to avoid any unnecessary arguments.  I was on HBO's The Pacific forum the other day, and it was pretty much a bunch of fist fights waiting to happen.  Thanks for the great community!
