In the 'General Modeling Discussion' at the top of the page, you see:
Where 'Painting and airbrushing' and 'Modeling Subjects forums' act as if they are a link. But if you click on them... you get one of those dreaded error messages.
I haven't checked the other forums, but I'd guess the same is true (where there are similar links at the top).
