Forum Guidelines?

Would it be possible to post the Forum guidelines in a more obvious place? It seems to be more and more common to have post looking for kits, trades, announcing new products, etc. Can't expect people to follow the rules if they aren't posted somewhere that doesn't require entry into a new forum to even see what they are.
