Yes.  Without getting technical, the simple answer is... Someone used quotes in the subject line.  It will get longer every time someone responds.

A solution to this problem is do not use quotes or & in the subject line.  If you must then use single instead of double quotes in the subject line ( ' single '  vs " double " ).

There was a time when the apostrophe in a certain Field Marshall's username gave us fits, too, if included in the subject line.
