Just received some new kits late yesterday - one my first from the Czech Valom firm. While checking it prior to washing I noticed all the clear plastic parts were missing.
The kit box had a e-mail address on it so I sent of a query. Being after-hours here (TX) I was surprised when I got an almost immediate response - apologizing for the error and requesting my mailing address.
They assure me they will mail me the parts. Of course it is too early yet to tell but the kit looks good and it seems Valom is a stand up company.
