There are a couple of different ways you can get a response. If someone responds to your post, and the box is checked, then you'll get an email response. However, if they don't respond specifically to your post, and you're not a subscriber to the thread, then you won't. As you created this thread, you are automatically a subscriber, so hopefully you'll receive my response. If you don't, then we have a larger issue and will need to look into it.
So, if you want to get all of the responses to a particular thread, you should subscribe to it. If you do, and that's not working for you, again, we've got a larger issue that will have to be looked at.
