No Rich Formatting using IE11 on my windows 8.1 machine!!

Under IE11, you need to use "compatibility view" otherwise you lose all formatting controls.

Click the gear wheel icon at the top right of the screen, select "Compatibility View Settings" and add finescale.com to the list.

Yea!!  my problem is solved (just "returned to IE- may stay may not  )
