I second ddp59, that's how I upgraded from IE10 to 11, too.

install ie11 thru windows updates not by downloading it as have ran into same problem when using downloaded ie11 to upgrade vista ie8 to ie11 but if i do the windows update, the new ie works.
I downloaded E11 from microsoaft at least my MSN home page is working now MSN must of had a probluem. Microsoft keeps telling to op date my browser .
i've never had that problem happen yet & i do computers from home. where did you download ie11 from, microsoft or some site? have you tried updating ie8 to ie11 by using the windows updates for win 7 as that is how i do it with no problems?
I did download Exp.11 a box came up after the down load said I was using ie8 browser would not work with Exp.11. I give up, I 'll take to computer shop let them fix this mess, I can still go on line to come here . ACESES5

Seriously, though, I second the suggestion to upgrade your version of Internet Explorer to a newer release. If you do, make sure that you use Compatibility View, when you access the forum.
besides this site & msn which i am also having that issue too, are you having any issues of the same problem with other sites? you can upgrade to ie11 with win7

I second the question. I'm an IT support person and a tester by profession, so it's a first question to ask when an issue comes up.
I use Internet Explorer 10 and Firefox (v30 right now), no problems (except with IE 10, some websites keep asking me to log in again after several page hops).
I can't enter the drawing your having because my browser is unsupported I'm using window 7 I'm not changing my browser for one web site. And i'm probeley not the only one in this boat. you've left out a lot of people. ACESES5
