Don't get the 'Create New Discussion Topic' function bar

This may be related to Stik's posting about functionality on an iPhone

But for the past few days I do not get the blue Create Discussion bar using either my iPhone or my personal laptop (Windows10 & Chrome).  I am able to log in and am able to reply to existing threads.  I even changed passwords to make sure.

I do get the bar using my work desktop (Windows 7 Pro) and am able to create a new thread (witness this one).

I don't know if I have been black balled since speaking with Aaron this weekend at Eaglequest.    (Ask him if Squadron gave him a t-shirt!)
