                        I'm no expert, but I use an Android tablet and I see them fine. My WAG is an issue with your media player. I suggest posting more details  (OS, computer, video card) as appropriate and see if anyone recognizes the issue. 

                        I type on a tablet. Please excuse the terseness and the autocorrect. Not to mention the erors.

                        Hi guys,

                        I'm not sure if it is on my end or yours but I've been trying to view the "New Product Rundown" video but there is only a black screen. I can hear the commentary ok.
