Trouble with FSM supscription..........

I kept getting renewal reminders from FSM eventhough I had renewed my subscription. I went to the above website and found out that the check that I sent for my renewal was two dollars short. 

When I had a problem with my subscription, I was contacted by Becky James from Kalmbach.

The issue has been resolved!  But what Bish said is true.  Mrs. Nash is not customer service, but I never got a reply from customer service.  So I reached out to Mrs. Nash and she was awesome!  She took care of the missing issues for me.

Ok, that's odd... I contacted FSM through my account, it says that I haven't paid??? 

I got the issues for my birthday, mom paid for it....

Maybe their was a mixup on Kalmback's side?

I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago the last time that I tried to subscribe. But it was my wife who paid for the subscription as a gift. 

Good luck to you on getting this resolved.

Ask your Mother about it and if there is still confusion send Becky another email :)
