Those are workarounds, but unfortunately, one user can't fix someone else's signature so that he can see the Reply button.
The bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.
Choose your animated gif maker and throw them all into a single footprint. Pretty easy. Doesn't fix the bug, but sometimes in engineering we say 'well don't do that'

Badges? I don't have to show you any stinking badges!
"You can have my illegal fireworks when you pry them from my cold, dead fingers...which are...over there somewhere."
Bish I don't think its the number of badges that an issue as you can only have so many. I think its more to do with the size. This has been on going for a while, not sure if its woukld be down to FSM to sort out or if people need to reduce the size.

Yes, whether it's the number or size, either way, it looks like the available real estate is used up and pushes the buttons out of view on the page.

That's a good observation. I've seen missing reply buttons and wondered why it happens on random posts, but never put 2 and 2 together on the badge thing.
Maybe not so random afterall.
We can add badges to our signatures, but if we add more than a certain number and use up the available space, the Reply/Quick Reply buttons are hidden from view.
Here's a screen shot to illustrate:
This has been around for a long time; it's a low-severity bug, but a bug nevertheless. I thought I'd report it formally today.
