It will not respond. There is no edit button.

Sorry, I must have missed that detail in your original post.

But the way your photos look, expanding past the frame of the post, make me think there's an issue with upload/insert process.  The image in your signature, the photo of the Typhoon, often shows as over-large and extending past the border of the signature area. Maybe the forum's pages can't handle the images.

That's exactly what happened, I even deleted the Typhoon but it did not help.
In over 20 years I've never had a problem like this.
With over 500 views and no replies (except my own.... 2 of them),
I think it has a lot of people confused.

I will not be using postimage anymore.

I didn't see this until today.
Thank you for your concern/input.

What?

Ditto.  I'm reminded of a line from an episode of "The Venture Brothers": "I dare you to make less sense!"

Bill's tip is the best.  We can't delete posts; probably best that ordinary users can't  But we can edit posts we've made, to clear out all content.

Just edit (delete) the content. As an original poster, you can also change the title of the post to something like "deleted".

Can Anyone get in touch with Tim Kidwell?

Most all Replies and reviews are going to this

It's the wrong one.

I need for him to lock this post I've been talking about.

Thanks to all ya!

I spent several hours trying to fix this but the edit button is overshadowed by the last picture. That means I don't have access to it. If I did I would cancel it and repost it.

Example:

I've been here for a long time and never had problems posting but this "edit issue" is a problem I've never run into before.

I meant "kind",  but I was so pizzed bloodysmiley.gif image by B-ElectronicI missed that.

I guess I'll just let this page  into oblivion and repost it with a similar name in the next update.

OK, yeah, DM is talking about his latest post in this thread:

Yeah, Bill's advice is perfect.  Just edit your post, DM, and clear out the existing text.  you could always replace it with a note that the original post was in error, so you deleted the content, something like that.

In all of my 20 years here I've never ever had this problem.

Please check https://cs.finescale.com/fsm/modeling_subjects/f/7/t/192637.aspx and lock it out.

Thank you.

"This" posting (not the other one) is some kid of a nutty screwup. Somebody  please figure out how to delete it.
