I sucribed to FSM for ten years plus mainly because of the Group Builds - it worked flawlessly throughout that time. Three years ago or so it quit completely. I work with computers and there is obviously something wrong with your data base that could probably be easily fixed - if someone would get into the system.
When I look at my "Manage Profiles" it shows under "Your Discussions" that I am a member of the Japanese Group Build XII which I signed on yesterday. (Older forums I was in are also lsited.) However when I click "Email Notifications" the message is "You are not subscribed to receive any notifications from any forums." Under "Settings" it is clear that I have checked every box relating to receiving emails from all subscribers and all forums. Likewise I have enabled sending messages out. There's nothing more that I can do.
Now obviously if the Settings allow all in-out email; and under Your Discussions" I am subscribed to an active forum (most recent message last night from me) it makes no sense that under "Email Notifications" I am listed as having no subscriptions - the opposite of what is said under "Your Discussions" and my "Settings".
If you can fix this problem, I'll subscribe to your magazine again - you have my word. If not, I'll have to forget about you again. It looks like your Group Builds are getting thin - if you are not keeping the forums active, I would certainly like to know it.
