More precisely, is it that the Reply button is hidden?  For me, Reply and Quick Reply were both hidden on your post, till I refreshed the page.  Then the buttons were available, and clicking Reply opened the editing panel, for me to type this post.  I have to look at other posts; I've been in the forum for around 10 minutes, and hadn't noticed if the buttons were hidden.  But I haven't read every post, either.

OK, I looked at Tanker Builder's thread, and I can see that Reply/Quick Reply are hidden, but only on your reply posts.  The other replies show the buttons.  Your signature photo is rendered as a large image, of which I can only see the left-hand side the photo.  Again, if I refresh the page, the buttons are revealed, but more interestingly, your signature images are now rendered completely and in a smaller thumbnail size.

I think the issue is with the forum processing your photos.  Not that you are doing anything incorrect, but that forum should be able to handle the photos but doesn't.
