The lights are on, but nobody's home???

I recently subscribed to FSM online, and I'm trying to access a subscribers only how to arcticle on the website.  When I try to register for digital access, it takes me to a page that asks me to enter my email address and create a password.  The only problem is that it won't let me enter my email in the required field.  I've emailed customer service several days ago, but I've yet to hear back.  Anyone have any insight on what's going on?  Here's the page in question:

This is actually on editorial, and, thus, me. We're in the process of reconfiguring portions of the website, and we haven't gotten to everything yet. What story(ies) were you trying to access?

Hi Tex, I'm sorry to hear that. We have been having issues with the forums, so it took a while for this to to come through moderation where I could see this. I'll take a look and see if there is anything I can do to unlock the articles. Are there specific articles you are trying to access?
