Jeff Herne or Dave Voss: What is up with this crazy website??

Perhaps it is just me, but I cannot find a way to join in on a topic discussion. I go to the bottom of the page and there is no box to write in. I am lucky to have stumbled on this "Post a New Message" area to reach for a lifeline to get me back into the forum. What the heck is going on?? Where are our old ranking stars?  Please help me out FSM, I'm going down for the third time.

I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

Just click on "Reply" in the upper right-hand corner of the last post.

Pretty easy! Big Smile [:D]

I do miss the old "quick reply" function, though...Sad [:(]

This forum doesn't have a quick reply box like the other one did.  I know a lot of people liked the old box, as well as myself.

To join in on a topic discussion, you'll have to use the reply or quote buttons.

As for the stars, the ranking system for this forum doesn't quite work the way it should so the decision was made to keep the ranking system disabled.

I've been in the bottom of drydock 3, giving the USS Albany a nuclear enema to tell you the truth. It doesn't give a lot of time to be online. But now I see that a great conspiracy has unfolded behind my unsuspecting back. For Shame!!

Wow, we have a lot of simul-posting going on here today!

That's about the fifth time today I've tried to answer a post, only to find that someone has beat me to it by a matter of seconds! Shock [:O]

Well, I'm sure the Albany needed you more than you needed FSM!

Enjoy unravelling the conspiracy! Wink [;)]

OK, there's the first glitch I've encountered...somehow, I have two identical posts...and I can't delete either of them. I got a message saying something to the effect that time had ran out for me to delete.

Any ideas?
