Would it be possible to include the page links (i.e.,
First < 1 2 3 4 > Last)
at the top of the forum display as well as the bottom? There are
times when I *know* I want a page in the "past", but it's annoying to
have to scroll down every time. For that matter, what about a
text-entry box for a quick trip to a particular page? Otherwise,
you're stuck with First, Last, Next, Previous, and 2-3 pages up or down.
Just some observations...
