I am not going to dispute the need for Finescale to update it's software to whatever it is Kalmbach is using. That's a business decision.

But come one, guys! I should NOT have to fumble around for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to post something, then have to call Kalmbach because there is NO contact number for Finescale anywhere on this website ... when I ask a question, I want an answer, not an auto e-mail saying, We'll get to you within 24 hours.

I did get the e-mail announcing the changes, about 8 hours AFTER the change over. Not good. The tardiness was compounded by the fact that there were no detailed, step by step instructions on what to do. I know I'm not the only one who asked for that. I'm not technologically illiterate, but I don't have time to play point and click for hours at a time to try and puzzle these things out, OK?

Two final complaints, then I'll shut up:

1) I do NOT like my name being displayed in the upper righthand corner. WE should be in control of what of our info is displayed. I don't care if "nobody else can see it," I don't like it.

2) Having to type my e-mail address as part of the log in process is a pain in the butt and a step BACKWARDS for the forums. We were promised things would be better, easier, faster, etc. ...
