If a message thread is more than one page long, how do I print the second and subsequent pages? The Print button always displays the first page, regardless of the page it's pressed from. Once in the printer view, the page number links return to the first page of the regular view.
As we say in New England, can't get there from here.
I'm running WinXP Pro with Firefox.
