The link doesn't have the bracketed IMG at the start of it, hence the image won't show. Your, my or anyone Else's browser will now try to resolve the address of the image with the IMG text at the rear - but the address itself doesn't have that, consequently doesn't exist & wont display - the 404 page being shown instead.
