Another attempt

I'm trying to post an image from my Photobucket library where, after having clicked on the image, the observer does not have to hit the back button on his/her browser to return to the forum. In other words, if one clicks on an image it shows up in another tab. I'm still having problems trying to figure out the best way to do this.
