I was hoping to use my Prime Photo, but I could only get the little box.

But so far I'm pretty happy with Fotki. It's fast, easy enough to organize. No ads.

Probably change my tune when I start paying for it...

Are cigarettes still included in "rations"? Remember when there used to be a little box of three on the tray with airline meals? Remember airline meals?

So I did a little reading of the PB Terms and posted what I see, on one of the other threads.

No, the DoD is on a health kick since the Clinton years. No tobacco products allowed in facilities or vehicles. I don't think cigs have been in rations since the Vietnam era. I certainly had none in mine from when I joined in '83. Although on my first trip to Germany in 84 we did get ration cards for tobacco, alcohol, etc. American cigs were great for bartering with the locals. Especially for a non smoker like me. Marlboros were the brand of preference IIRC.
