Um.. no it doesn't and this is just one of thsoe issues I've spoken about in my How to link images. Google is just one of those sites that doesn't allow for some off site linked images to be viewed.. I would suggest that you locate another site which allows you to set the privicy control or move ust thos eimage you want other to see to a spertate folder and set the image security low. But again.. just find another image hosting service.
