Yes you could.

 192nd and 194th Tank Battalions were in the islands when Japan invaded, and survived to surrender on corrigidor.

They would have been painted US Army Olive Drab, I doubt they used anything but White stars on them.

Could i use the tamiya m3 stuart tank for a phillipines diorama? what decals would i have to use?

and what colour would the tanks be painted in out there.
