Hey all,
New to the site. Name Russ. Age 32, married. Short bio- I am an aircraft mechanic at the U.S. Air Force Academy (civilian contracted). Spent 8 years in the Army as a Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic(63B) served in Armored Cav, Air Assault Infantry, Combat Engineers, and Artillery units. Love history-especially military.
Consequently I like to model 1/48 military aircraft --mostly WW2 stuff and 1/35 armor of all countries and years, although I favor modern US stuff.
Been modeling since age six although took a break about 10 years ago. Also into orienteering and motorcycles.
So there you have it. Look forward to coversing and swapping ideas with everyone.
