Welcome to the forums, RobGuru! Another ship builder, eh? Hmmm... You should get together with dleeharrison (another new guy around these parts) because he likes to build 1/200 sailing ships... I'll be seeing you around! Smile [:)]

Hi All.

I'm new to the forum and new to modelling. My wife told me that I needed a hobby. So, after my mother-in-law gave me a completed Fragata Espanola model ship for Christmas, I realized that what I should really do is build these things. I figure that this will consume untold hours of my free time!

After spending copious hours on eBay, I have purchased and received four model sailing ships with which to begin my new hobby. I'm going to start with a Limited Edition 1:96 Lindberg Sea Witch.

Anyways, I look forward to participating in the forum and hopefully getting some helpful hints from the more experienced amonst you.

Happy Modelling!
