Greetings
Posted by MSgtMJ62 on Sunday, March 27, 2011 5:30 PM

Hello,  I have gotten back into building models again recently and reading alot from the model forums I have been able to find.  Have learned alot from them and I hope to learn more from this one.  I have been awed by the level of quality of all the models I have seen from so many people.   I am no where near that good. But I enjoy trying new things with my models.  I focus mostly on WWII planes but like the ships too.

I have enjoyed looking through the site and seeing all of the models on here.  Amazing skills by all of you on here!   I hope to learn as much as I can from you all.  Relatives think mine are good, but they haven't seen the quality I have seen on here.

MJ,,,,  first of all,, welcome, glad to have you with us.

Second,, everyone has a starting point and even the best (builders) are always learning. Don't worry about measuring up to someone elses efforts. Be happy with what you build and, most importantly, enjoy yourself.

This hobby is all about having fun.

Bill

Enjoy the ride!
