I live in New Albany, Indiana, Indy is only about a hour & a half away from here. I go there quite often for different events. I'll have to try to remember and look into going next year. Sounds like it would be fun! I did go to one in Louisville, KY once a few years back and it was really fun.
Also, as I said, I've kind of moved on from NASCAR, they got somewhat boring so now my main thing is muscle cars, and I'm getting into building ships. I have always kinda wanted to build an Indy or Formula 1 car though, just thought it might be fun.

Hoosier! Nice to see somebody from Indiana here in the forums. Where are you located in Indiana? If you really like modeling, then you should come to the annual model show Rosce Turner IMPS in Indy... usually in March. Great vendors selling everything and you will find plenty of completed NASCAR models.
Watch out for Manny and his gang...

Hey guys. I've been building model's since I was a wee lad. I'm still only 20 but hey, I've still been building for a good while. I usually build muscle cars and used to build NASCAR when I was younger, but not so much anymore. My girlfriend got me a model of the USS Constitution for Christmas though, as I had mentioned I always wanted to build a ship but never got around to it. So that's what I'm currently working on, just finally started it about a week ago.
As for a little about me, my girlfriend and I have a child on the way and we have a beautiful pet Main Coon kitty. My other hobbies are reading, drawing, photography, and video games.
It's nice to be a part of the forums, and I look forward to my time here.
