Have Started back in the hobby!
Posted by dullcote on Friday, May 6, 2011 1:05 PM

Hi,..just wanted to do an intro here!..  Well ive recently started this childhood hobby back up now that im retired.  Its amazing all the available kits, paints,...P.E. and other building materials we didnt have back then.  Im blown away at the level od detail these days,...oh,..and the price$ $ $ of the kits now.

I was an airplane builder as a kid  but coming back to the hobby ive found my niche to be ships.  In my youth such sea faring vessels required a level of skill I didnt posses,....not sure I do yet!  LOL!

At any rate It was high time I made a post here,..been reading and learning from all you talented people and am amazed at the level of realism i have seen here.

Hope to learn even more and maybe contribute one day!

Thanks

M.Edwards

Welcome back and welcome aboard!Welcome Sign I know what you mean about ship models. I have just started slowly venturing into that field myself as an adult and have been bitten hard by the ship building bugPirate
