Howdy Folks!

I have recently been bit by the bug again. I'm sure I'm not the only one that suffers somewhat from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder when it comes to ebaying way more models than one can build in a lifetime. Having recently re-discovered the wonderful world of building models, I have realised just how amatuer some of my attempts have been, especially seeing some of the builds on this site.

I regularly check in to many modelling sites, the outstanding work achieved is so damn awe-inspiring. I shall endeavour to show step-by-step my builds here & look forward to any or all advice.

I will be forward & ask any Aussie modellers out there............Where the hell can I get Future or the equivilant in this country??!!

Take care all,

Steve

G'day nudepup and Welcome Sign.

Johnsons' Pledge One Go is what I'm using atm. Not bad but the little clear bottle with the gyro asterisk apparently reigns king. Try that nasty bank account-draining site they call ebay.

Which 'burbs you from?

At the end of the day one's work may be completed but one's education never!

G'day Steve!

Actually quite a few Aussie modelers on the site & one Tasmanian!

'We are not legends nor gods... just living for today!' ~ You should know the quote *Hint*

The key to outstanding results is patience & practice.

I guarantee each kit you complete will be that much better than your last.

So while the paint & glue dries throw a shrimp on the barbie... oi!

Future is now called 'Pledge with Future' Its a acrylic floor polish so look in the floor care section of larger stores. Comes in a clear plastic bottle with a blue label.

Cheers for the welcome. I'm in Preston, inner north Melbourne.

I do believe I have found some Future, hopefully arriving this week, if it's the real deal I'll let you know.

Cheers Borg. WWII aircraft mainly, plus early fighter jets, '50s & '60s stuff, kinda look like they should belong on Thunderbirds, love the archeaic lines. I have a massives backlog atm, just finished a dessault mirage & halfway thru a MkVB spitty, all 1/48
