I've made a few post and commented on other peoples stuff but I figured I should introduce myself.
I served in the Navy back in the early 90's and was born with saltwater in my veins thus I prefer to do US Navy airplanes, ships and I enjoy WWII era models. I did models when I was a kid but quit doing them while still a teenager. In a round about way serving in the military got me back into modeling. Four years ago I got injured and was in and out of the VA Hospital and I was able to get stuff to do from them and so I started modelling again. After 4 years I'd say I just made it barely into novice level and that's okay. My stuff will never win awards but I enjoy doing them and to me it's about honoring those that the model represents or doing stuff I just enjoy. I don't get to work on models that much since I'm a full time college student majoring in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management.
