I can guarantee that your grammar in English will be superior to nearly every of the Anglophones’ fractured attempts at French syntax. Welcome.

Occasional factual, grammatical, or spelling variations are inherent to this thesis and should not be considered as defects, as they enhance the individuality and character of this document.

Welcome Zigg

Awfully glad to have you aboard. No worries about grammar....  we are good at deciphering. Nice that you are back into the hobby,,    and as Bish stated, there are quite the number of excellent builders within the "walls". Feel free to inquire.

All the best.............................

Bill

Enjoy the ride!

Welcome Sign Glad to have you on board. We have plenty of guys who don't have English as a first language. And most of them probably make alot more sense than those of us who ate English speakers.

This is deffinatly the place to help you improve, and we love lots of pics, which is a good way for others to help you out.

Hi all!

Hi all, I am the new, new guy around.

I'm from Quebec and my first language is French so keep that in mind for syntax or spelling blunders...

Little background : I've done 2-3 models when I was around 12 and haven't done any in the past 20 years. I've picked up painting figurines in the past year and thought it was just natural to try smallscale models.

I've bought a small plane and a ship to mess around with glue and paint and also got a Jordan 191 to do when I'll be at ease with the basics.

With the little I have done yet I can see I am not really good with the handling (and gluing) of small pieces. Also seems I am an "overgluer".

I'm ok with most of the painting basics, but I'm still the old-fashioned way, aka no airbrush. As of now I am painting with "cheap" Americana DecoArt Acrylic paint.

That's it, looking forward to this community and sharing pictures of completed projects.

Cheers
