I'm hooked again...!

Hi all,

Well it's been about 6 loooong years since I've modeled anything. But finally the bug's hit again! Previously I've built bits and pieces of everything, although I'd have to say about 50% of my kits have been cars - street cars or F1 to be exact.

I'd say my skill back then wasn't anything spectacular, it was only in my last 2-3 kits (when I got my first airbrush) that I really got serious about aiming for 101% accuracy with a few odds and ends of extras I'd scratchbuilt into the kit along the way.

So now I've decided to start off small. Being a massive fan of WWII history (love Band of Brothers!) I decided to kick things off with a Tamiya German Pak35/36 artillery kit, and make a small diorama around it. I got a bit over-eager along the way and also grabbed the Tamiya German 88mm Gun as well.
Let the collection begin!

Left over from my prior modelling days is also a Tamiya 1:20 Jordan 191 F1 car that is 80% complete, and I'll be damned if I'm not so proud of this kit I'm about to explode!!! I think I might even post some pics I took of it recently in the auto section for you guys to check out if you'd like.

Anyway, glad to be back in the loop again - can't wait to get some finished models up on the forums for you guys to see.

Cheers all!

Mark

No doubt when the Pak35/36 is complete I'll throw up some pics of that too.
