Thanks guys,

I'm looking forward to moving into weathering resin and foil parts for my kits.

I stocked up on a bunch of good kits some years ago and still occaisionally pick up another.

Group builds? I guess a topic gets chosen and a bunch of y'all make a kit for the catagory? Sounds like a good way of keeping kit building interesting.

Where is the best place to post pics of builds?

I was perusing scale modeling forums to join and was really enjoying the wrok of so many others.

My particular subject matter of choice are 1/72 WW2 craft of which I have also built many in 48 scale as well.

I have a Minicraft 1/72 F4J that I havent saving as a perfect build. I found the decals to my dad's VF103.

I also have a kit box of twenty to thirty or so 72 scale planes from Jap, Germ, USN, USAAF, specific sheets of decals for P51's 47's, 38's, 40's Me109's, fw190d9's etc.

I started building models as I was breaking my brothers nearly 30 years ago. I did built models steadily through adolescence and them some through college. I have just now reopend my box after 10 years. Im pleased to find every peice of usable scrap, tool, and brush. My bos of fortyor so planed did not fare so well after being inside thorugh two moves, but at least i have a good boneyard now.
