New (sort of) to forum

  After spending the last 12 years painting wargame minatures, model airplanes have their hooks in me again.  I have kept up with the hobby through magazines and internet, but I feel like a rookie again when it comes to building and finishing.  It's ok because I'm having fun.  My screen name is embarassing for me.  I was on pain meds for a BAD rotator cuff tear and thought the name was fine.  Problem is, everything was fine on those things.  I am too old to be a brat (58) although my wife says I'm a pain in the.  Don't know how to change the name so brat it is.  I do enjoy reading the banter, the tips, and looking at the great pictures.  If I ever figure out how to upload  I'll share some of my work.
