My name is Mike. I live in Sunny South Africa , Gauteng.I last modelled 30 odd years ago through IPMS Durban became an Industrial Designer, designed everyone elses ideas to market and over the years never quite managed to carry on with an amazing hobby. Well now matured and the edges rounded off its time to continue with the hobby.
My interests lie in AFV's and Military Figures. I have just started Revells 1/9th scale Kettenkrad and am really enjoying it but must say am finding myself rather rusty with a few processes and firing up the 30 year old airbrush!!! was rather odd but still works perfectly. Always pays to buy the best when you can. Most of the Humbrol paints i have are still perfect after all these years.
Hope to learn a lot and give a lot in these forums. You are never to old to learn.
