New to the forum, not the hobby

Hey,
I'm new to this forum, I hope to learn a lot of stuff here. I model mostly Sci Fi.

One question, why doesn't my avatar show up? I put the correct URL in the "picture" part of the profile... what am I doing wrong?

Welcome to FSM. de_nopal. Did you check whether or not the site where your pics are hosted allows linking? Or did you put [ img ] [ /img ] signs? (without space of course)
