Welcome Signagain. The name “Zmudzinski” [SMUD-zin-ski] is copyright Those Who Have Unpronounceable Names, LLC (”spólka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Too Many Consonants, Inc., corporation of Poland.

Welcome again Ski!  So, what are we going to see next?  Sounds like the guys in the aircraft threads will really like having you around.  Keep up the good work, both on duty (and thank you for that) and modeling

Welcome aboard Marine...Welcome Sign Retired Army/Guard here. Not too far from Pendleton in OC myself. We have some great model clubs nearby if you would care to stop by for a visit. AMPS meets on the 2nd Saturday afternoon of every month in Garden Grove near the 22 freeway and IPMS is on the third Friday  evening of each month in La Mirada just off the 91. I love that Huey you are submitting for the Veterans GB.Wink

Thank you, Ski, for serving our country.

Marines have a special role in modeling because your subjects, as you know, get tossed to you when the other services can't figure out how to make them work.

A great place to be of course is to share your experiences and any photos you have.

Welcome aboard and where in this great state do you live? PM if you prefer.

Welcome aboard Marine!  As you've probably seen this is a wide open field.  It's a fun experience.  Sharing ideas and projects will help you expand your skills.  Best of luck.  Enjoy the ride.  Rick.

Hello All,

After lurking around the Forums for awhile and subscribing to FSM since 1987 Wow, I finally started posting today.  I'm active duty USMC for nearly 20 years, and have been building off and on (mostly OFF) for almost 30 years.  Subject matter is mostly armor and aircraft, predominantly Marine Corps-themed.  I'm an aviation ordnanceman by trade, and have worked on F/A-18A/B/C/D, AH-1W/Z, AV-8B, CH-46E, CH-53E, and have crewed UH-1N and Y (dabbled a bit with F-14D, EA-6B, and S-3A while in CAG 2).

Looking forward to learning a lot (and hopefully contribute as well!)

Semper,

Ski
